COVID-19 death toll at 273 in Missouri with 127 deaths and 2,718 cases in St. Louis County

Missouri's death toll from COVID-19 stands at 273, according to statistics released a few moments ago by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services.

The St. Louis area continued to record most of the deaths with six added in St. Louis County and two in the City of St. Louis, raising the totals in those jurisdictions to 127 and 50.

St. Charles County has had 26 deaths, Kansas City 15, Jackson County nine and Greene County seven.







An additional 201 coronavirus cases were confirmed increasing the state's total to 6,826, with 2,718 of those in St. Louis County, followed by 985 in St. Louis, 513 in St. Charles County, 486 in Kansas City and 303 in Jackson County.

No new cases were reported in this area with Jasper County's total remaining at 16, Newton County 10, Joplin 7, McDonald County 4 and none in Barton County.
