Newton County COVID-19 total now more than 700

Newton County's COVID-19 total stands at 705 following the addition of 19 cases today, according to statistics posted this evening by the Newton County Health Department on its Facebook page.

The number of people under isolation increased from 377 to 389. The number of those hospitalized remained at four.

The statistics do not include the portion of the City of Joplin that is located in Newton County.
