AN ORDINANCE     authorizing the City of Joplin to enter into an agreement with Dirks Heavy Contractors, LLC in the amount of Three Hundred Seventy-three Thousand, Six Hundred Sixty-five and 00/100 Dollars ($373,665.00) for the Glendale Parallel Interceptor Improvements, Upper Reach project; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE     approving a Work Authorization AMA-OC21-013 with Allgeier, Martin and Associates in the not to exceed amount of Eighty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($80,000.00) for professional engineering consulting services for the review, evaluation and update of the City’s current MS4 program; and authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE approving the contract by and between the City of Joplin and Gator Demolition for the demolition of the structure(s) and clearing of a lot located at 622 & 6221/2 N. Byers Ave. in the City of Joplin, Missouri, for Six Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-five dollars ($6,855.00); providing how the cost thereof shall be paid; how the assessment thereof shall be made; and containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE authorizing a Program Services Contract, by and between the State of Missouri, Department of Health and Senior Services, and the City of Joplin, Missouri, for the City of Joplin Health Department to receive compensation, for up to Seventy-Eight Thousand, Eight Hundred Five Dollars, no Cents, ($78,805.00); and, authorizing the City Manager to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin, Missouri; and, containing an emergency clause.
