A Joplin man waived the reading of his indictment and pleaded not guilty to child pornography charges this morning in U. S. District Court in Springfield.
Judge David P. Rush took the government's detention motion under advisement. Shawn Ryan Valentine, 35, will remain in the Greene County Jail.
