Video offers Joplin High School security camera tornado footage, plus video of schools bouncing back

This video, uploaded by Joplin Schools today, repeats the security camera footage from an earlier video, but also adds footage of the school district's battling back to prepare for the 2011-2012 school year with the help of friends all over the world.

Thank you for posting this, I am a 2007 grad of JHS and my dad is a teacher there. Even though I was in town and home thankfully I was not affected by the tornado. Although helping out the following days afterward gave me an understanding of the disaster we had gone through. Hopefully more people in America will watch this video and understand at least a little of what we went through.

Thanks for sharing the footage. It is great to see the town rebuilding and to know that everyone is coming together to make sure that the children continue to receive an education. The footage of the tornado was like something out of a horror film, I am just thankful that more lives were not lost that day. My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone in Joplin.
