Cost for Spence attempt to buy governor's mansion up to $6.6 million

What's another $600,000 when you find that luxury item you really want.

For businessman David Spence, the shiny bauble he wants to purchase is the job of governor of Missouri. A 48-hour report filed today with the Missouri Ethics Commission shows Spence put another $600,000 into his campaign.

To this point, Spence has put $6.6 million of his fortune into the race.

Thankfully, the race is over Tuesday, or who knows, he might end up spending real money.

I hope Spence spent, wasted and lost his entire fortune. Anyone that starts out lying about his education will lie about anything else. His degree was in cooking and sewing, not real economics.

What a joke this guy was.
