I stongly agree that in a sport where you are pushing the limits at all times that blame is not appropriate here.

I was at that show, and witnessed the crash, and let me tell you that that performance was one of the most amazing I have ever seen.

Loss of life is a great tragedy, but an even greater tragedy is the loss of talent that happened on that sunny Saskatchewan afternoon.
