Long has $405,000 in campaign account

Springfield auctioneer Billy Long has more than $405,000 in his campaign account, according to a news release issued by his campaign today:

Today, conservative businessman Billy Long, Republican candidate for the 7th Congressional District of Missouri, announced his 3rd quarter finance numbers which will be reported to the Federal Elections Commission. The campaign raised $104,189 in contributions from 217 individuals and increased its commanding cash on hand lead over all candidates, ending the quarter with a total of $405,162.

“I am pleased with the support our effort has received from people all over southwest Missouri. People are tired of career politicians and are embracing our effort to bring some commonsense conservative ideas to our nation’s capitol. I am running for U.S. Congress because I believe we must fight back against liberals and politicians who have weakened our country with massive debts and are attacking the free market,” stated Billy Long.

The campaign increased its low-dollar donor base this quarter and increased the overall amount of donors from 179 in the 2nd quarter to 217 this quarter.

Billy Long is on a roll!!!!

Nodler is hated in his own Senate District and no one in Springfield has ever heard of him.

He will end up losing again just like he did to Mel Hancock in '88 and Roy Blunt in '96. There's nothing new about Nodler. Just more slime from the time he's spent getting bought off by lobbyists and rolling around like a pig in the public trough.
