THIS AFTERNOON CHANGING TO FREEZING DRIZZLE AREAS. REPORTS FROM
SPOTTERS INDICATE GENERAL STORM TOTAL SNOW AMOUNTS RANGING FROM
AN INCH TO THREE INCHES SO FAR. THE KANSAS AND MISSOURI

PARTIALLY SNOW COVERED AND SLUSHY IN SOME AREAS. NUMEROUS TRAFFIC
ACCIDENTS HAVE BEEN REPORTED.
* TIMING AND AREAS AFFECTED...PERIODS OF LIGHT MODERATE SNOW CAN
BE EXPECTED OVER THE EASTERN OZARKS THE REST OF THIS AFTERNOON. SOME
INTERVALS OF FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL ALSO BE
POSSIBLE...PARTICULARLY THIS AFTERNOON AND THIS EVENING.
* SNOW ACCUMULATION...LIGHT SNOW WITH OCCASIONAL PERIODS OF
MODERATE SNOW WILL GRADUALLY ACCUMULATE THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON
OVER THE EASTERN OZARKS. LIGHT SNOW HAS ENDED OVER THE WESTERN
OZARKS. A STORM TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATION OF ONE TO THREE INCHES
WITH LOCALLY HEAVIER AMOUNTS IS EXPECTED.
* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...FREEZING DRIZZLE IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP IN
THIS AFTERNOON AND THIS EVENING. A LIGHT GLAZE WITH AN ICE
ACCUMULATION OF ONE TENTH OF AN INCH OR LESS WILL BE POSSIBLE
FOR AREAS ALONG AND SOUTH OF THE HIGHWAY 60 CORRIDOR. NORTH OF
THE HIGHWAY 60 CORRIDOR...AN ICE ACCUMULATION OF A FEW
HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH WILL BE POSSIBLE.
* IMPACTS...ROAD SURFACES WILL BE SLICK TODAY. SEE THE LATEST
