Watch live- Joplin R-8 Board of Education meeting at 6 p.m.

The annual tax levy rate hearing for the Joplin R-8 School District will be held at 6 p.m. today in the Memorial Administration Building just before the regular session of the R-8 Board of Education.

The board will meet in closed session at 5:30 p.m. to discuss legal and personnel matters.
