(From the Carthage R-9 School District)The Carthage R-9 Board of Education met in special session on Monday, December 12, 2022, 6:00 pm, at Carthage South Technical Center. Present were Board members Niki Cloud, Bill Lasley, Karen Wilkinson, Nathan Terry, Jeff Jones, Patrick Scott, and Ryan Collier. Niki Cloud led the Pledge of Allegiance.
The board members and Mr. Watkins with MSBA discussed the superintendent search board survey results and reviewed a list of desired qualifications and qualities of a superintendent compiled from staff and community surveys.
