Four file for Carthage R-9 Board on opening day

Four candidates, including the three incumbents, filed for three-year terms on the Carthage R-9 Board of Education during the first day of filing Tuesday.

Lora Honey Phelps and incumbents Jeff Jones, Karen Wilkinson and Patrick Scott filed.
