Goodman woman sues after breaking tailbone on slippery floor at Neosho Walmart


A Goodman woman is suing Walmart after suffering injuries during a fall at the Neosho store September 3, 2020.

In the lawsuit, which was filed July 10 in Newton County Circuit Court, Valerie Dumond claims she was shopping at Walmart when she "slipped and fell on water that was leaking from a cooler."

According to the petition, Dumond suffered a "coccygeal fracture, injury to her right hip, injury to her right ankle, injury to her left ankle, Piriformis Syndrome and lost wages.







Dumond is suing for "fair and reasonable damages" and costs.

Dumond is represented by Brandon Potter of Aaron Sachs and Associates.
