Three women charged after meth, heroin found during search of Seneca home


The Newton County Prosecuting Attorney's office filed charges against three women today after Seneca police officers discovered methamphetamine and heroin during the search of a residence Friday evening.

Newton County Circuit Court records indicate Lyssa Marie Buchanan (DOB 1995), Afton, Oklahoma, Amber S. Orlenko (DOB 1978), Grove, Oklahoma, and Tammy Donohue (1978), Seneca, were charged with felony delivery of a controlled substance.







Buchanan and Orlenko were in the residence when police arrived 10:08 p.m. Friday, according to the probable cause statement. Donahue was renting the residence and lived there. She was not at home at the time of the search, but was arrested later.

Meth and heroin were found in a bedroom where Buchanan was located, the statement said.

From the probable cause statement:

Digital scales that field tested positive for methamphetamine residue were found in the living room of the house, and a ledger book was found in the living room of the home. Inside the book were several names, phone numbers and amounts owed by each individual.

The police found one gram of meth on Buchanan.
