Joplin Senior Center, 2616 S. Picher Avenue, and Gateway School, 1823 W 20th Street failed Joplin Health Department inspections, according to information posted on the department's website.
Both facilities were cited for one priority violation and neither had temperature records available.
Gateway School's priority violation was for utensil and dish surfaces not reaching temperatures of 160 degrees or greater.
Joplin Senior Center's priority violation was for having the sanitizer concentration for chlorine in the Ecolab dishwasher at 0 ppm
