An 8 a.m. January 15 initial appearance is scheduled in Joplin Municipal Court for South Middle School computer applications teacher William Ferguson Braun (DOB 1991) who was charged with domestic assault and resisting arrest.
According to the Joplin Police Department dispatch log, officers were sent to an apartment at 2802 S. Michigan Avenue at 10:41 p.m. Thursday on a domestic violence call.
Braun is free after posting a $500 bond.

11:40 if you don’t like how the job is being done and you are such an expert, please take on the job and start reporting on all of these cases and issues yourself. I have much admiration for the job Randy does. The amount of cases he does report on is astounding. Majority of the cases Randy reports on, are rarely seen on any other site, including the Joplin Globe or any of our local tv stations. I appreciate the hard work Randy does and he is probably not paid to do. Don’t complain unless you’re willingly to go above and beyond what Randy does. If you can’t be appreciative for Randy’s hard work, then don’t run Randy down while trying to build yourself up.
I would not be surprised that the complaint is actually about a JPD case that Randy did cover. Perhaps someone close to 11:40 AM was arrested and people are butthurt that it was covered here. Perhaps it was the anonymous complainer themself that was the subject of a report based on public records.

The author is the editor is the marketing agent. Content is biased by these constraints. The rebuttals aren’t untrue. Someone probably buys Randy’s books to keep him busy doing that

Randy keep up the good work - Hope Randy has some type of succession / future plan for his Blog or possible expansion of his Reporting or Writing Staff. Just like everyone, we hope nothing every would happen but life sometimes throws us curves and I would hate to see the Blog close down. Randy do you have any future plans or updates that you can share?
He has a great reputation and cares about everyone. Furthermore, helps people and his students as well as parents, along with the community value him dearly. You shouldn’t make scarless one sided comments, statements, or wish such ill will upon him. Nothing is even work related or has anything to do with you personally, also no any evidence has been brought or proven against the man legally. In conclusion, he is innocent until proven guilty as well as we don’t know the full truth of what happened or anything about the person making these one sided accusations. He shouldn’t have his life, career, or reputation ruined because of this nonsense. Leave him alone and don’t have so much hatred towards a person you don’t even know just because you think you need to comment or want to be an internet troll. You have a lot of hatred towards him for no apparent reason or benefit.
