On Wednesday morning, September 16, 2026, at approximately 08:35 AM, law enforcement officers with the Pittsburg Police Department executed a drug search warrant in the 700 block of E 10th Street in Pittsburg.
The search warrant stemmed from an investigation into the distribution of controlled substances, specifically methamphetamine. Upon execution of the search warrant one individual was located in the residence and detained.
Evidence was collected during a search of the residence, and the occupant was transported to the police department for questioning. The occupant, 51-year-old Christopher Edward Lee, of Pittsburg, was subsequently placed under arrest, and was transported to the Crawford County Sheriff’s office for booking.
Mr. Lee was arrested for the following charges:
· Felony distribution of suspected methamphetamine
· Felony possession of methamphetamine
· Felony possession of drug paraphernalia
· Misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia
· Misdemeanor possession of marijuana
Mr. Lee is currently being held without bond.
Mr. Lee is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
