Liberty has appointed Michael Considine, SVP, Utility Ops President Missouri, adding more than 25 years of utility leadership experience to its management team. In his new role, Mr. Considine will oversee Liberty’s Missouri and Midwest operations, with a focus on safe, reliable service; strong operational performance; and active stakeholder engagement.

Throughout his career, Mr. Considine has held senior roles spanning the electric utility industry, including transmission and distribution, asset management, engineering, finance, and regulatory affairs. Most recently, as Vice President of Power Delivery Operations Services for Entergy Services, he was responsible for all Power Delivery Centers of Excellence, which included fleet, work and vegetation management, reliability control centers, meter services, and more.

His broad operational expertise and deep understanding of utility operations position him well to help lead Liberty’s next chapter of service excellence focused on meeting the evolving needs of its Missouri and Midwest customers and communities.

“Michael’s deep utility experience and proven operational leadership will be valuable as we continue advancing our Missouri operations,” said Pete Norgeot, Chief Operating Officer. “His leadership will help strengthen coordination across the business while keeping our key priorities at the forefront —safety, reliability, and serving our customers and communities with excellence.”

“It’s an honor to join Liberty and build on more than 100 years of service to communities throughout the Four-State area,” said Mr. Considine. “Having spent much of my career in Arkansas, I’m excited to continue serving a region I know and value.

"I look forward to the important work ahead with the Liberty team to continue improving performance across the measures of safety, reliability, and resiliency and serving our stakeholders with excellence. I am eager to begin the necessary engagements with employees and external customers so that we can collectively bring about better tomorrows for all we serve.”
