"I can't promise results, but I can sure promise effort," Long says.

For who, special interests like the National Auctioneer Society that donated $5000 to Long in order to get the effort of Long proposing National Auctioneer Day?

Or perhaps the puppy mill that gave Billy Long $4800 to push for an investigation of the human society.

The people who Long pumped gas for will be celebrating National Auctioneer's Day by filling up with another $100 at the pump the way Billy Long works.

There are great posts on your blog. My friends referred your blog to me. Looks like everyone knows about it, just me, until now. Keep sharing. Take care.

The C-Stores currently make about 30/cents per gallon, if my information is correct. Buy 20 gallons and the owner gets 6 bucks.

5:30, I understand most C-Stores are getting between 32-36 cents and if you pay at the pumps it cost them 2%. Think about it, they get lots of your hard-earned money, you do all of the work, just for having the product available in a monopolistic industry. No telling how much they get in kickbacks from the oil companies in the form or advertising dollars, free trips, etc. The word on the street is that gas is 10-14 cents a gallon cheaper around Lake of the Ozarks, trucked in from Jefferson City. These price fixers here in Bolivar are robbing us. Didn't Mike Parsons get something done about this when he was sheriff?

Did someone have to show Billy how to use the pump?

Well now, if the personification of intelligence and grace, Billy-Bob, says it's so well then it's so.

He's a big dope.
