A 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 26 arraignment has been scheduled in Callaway County Circuit Court for Sen. Chuck Graham, D-Columbia, who is charged with drunk driving. The case was transferred from Boone County.
Graham was arrested Oct. 20 by the Columbia Police Department.
