KOAM News dominates November sweeps

KOAM News continued to dominate Nexstar Broadcasting KODE and KSNF in the November sweeps, according to the Nielsen ratings.
Channel 7 recorded more viewers than KSNF and KODE combined for the morning news show, 5 p.m., 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. newscasts. At noon, when KODE shows the soap opera All My Children, KOAM had more than three times as many viewers as KSN.

KSNF took second place in each time period, except for the 5 p.m. news, where KODE, likely helped by its Oprah lead-in, edged KSNF.

6 a.m. to 7 p.m. KOAM 14,000, KODE 4,000, KSNF 7,000
Noon- KOAM 13,000, KSNF 4,000
5 p.m.- KOAM 25,000, KODE 10,000 KSNF 9,000

10 p.m.- KOAM 35,000, KODE 11,000, KSNF 13,000

The sooner KSN gets that troll Tiffany Alaniz off the air, the better off they are!!!

I don't think it is about Tiffany Alaniz. It is about a long list of missed steps. A 5pm News of chat when people want news. What's up with every Bandy contest being about music.......Could it be he is a DJ at heart......a mail order meteorologist degree can't take the radio out of the DJ.......
Then there is is out of date Jim Jackson who has had enough off the air blow ups to reach almost everyone in the community. Finally, a management who is good at promising but short on delivering.

Come on Billy, you have to be honest here! Tiffany Alaniz is NOT a news anchor!Yes-she is a "wanna be" but seriously....she is more interested in being "SEEN" then reporting accurate news!As for Jim Jackson, perhaps he too is a bit faded by now BUT, one can at least tolerate his voice and take what he says as serious! unlike his side kick,Tiffany.
