Sen. Josh Hawley, R-MO, continued to make headlines with statements on the impeachment of President Donald Trump Monday.
In a speech on the Senate floor, Hawley said, "No evidence of a crime has been presented. No wonder she doesn't want to have a trial," referring to the fact that the House has still not delivered the articles of impeachment to the Senate.
Hawley said the impeachment should be dropped if it does not arrive in the Senate within 25 days.

There are none so blind as those who will not see.
With respect to my colleagues attempting to shut down any witnesses to the impeachment trial, I have this to say:
Trials have witnesses... cover ups don’t.
