As the Coronavirus continues to have an impact on our nation, we at the Carthage Police Department are looking ahead at large events scheduled in the City of Carthage. One of those events is the Marian Days Celebration, scheduled August 6-9.
Our staff has met with the Fathers of the Congregation to evaluate the Marian Days Celebration event.
At this time, the City of Carthage will work closely with the organizers of the Marian Days Celebration and will continue to monitor the situation. A final decision whether to cancel the event or continue to host it will be made on May 8, 2020.
