A federal grand jury indicted a Joplin man and a Neosho woman on charges of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.
The indictment, which was unsealed today in U. S. District Court in Springfield, alleges Jason C. Russell, 33, and Brittany J. Adcock, 29, possessed and conspired to distribute more than 500 grams of methamphetamine between April 17, 2019 and February 21, 2021 in Newton County.
