(From the City of Joplin)To help Joplin residents get information about the August 3rd election, the City’s website banner will now direct people to the Elections webpage.
This page was recently developed to include information about upcoming elections for Joplin. The first of these is on August 3, 2021 when voters will have an opportunity to answer whether they would like to extend the 1/4-cent sales tax for the use of making improvements to Joplin’s Parks and Stormwater systems. This question is referred to as Proposition Renewal on the ballot.
The City continues to host an informational page about Covid-19 at joplinmo.org/coronavirus or on the Health Dept. Page at ADDRESS. Joplin statistics can be found on the dashboard of the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services.
