An arrest warrant was issued for Noah Eli Demery (DOB 2002), Joplin, Monday and bond set at $50,000 cash or surety after he allegedly slapped his girlfriend and threw a bassinet containing their 6-month-old baby.
From the probable cause statement:
On 06/02/2025 I, Sergeant Nathan Deherrera #371, was dispatched to a domestic disturbance at an address within Duquesne city limits, in Jasper County Missouri. Victim #1 stated her boyfriend, Noah Demery, struck her with an open hand slap as a result of a argument over their romantic relationship.Victim #1 stated Noah also began throwing objects and furniture all over the bedroom, including a bassinet containing their 6-month-old baby Victim#2.
Victim #1 stated Victim #2 fell out of the bassinet and landed near their bed. Victim #1 stated Victim #2 had a reduced range of motion in her arm as a result, and EMS crews were requested. The bedroom was consistent in appearance with what Victim #1 reported.
Noah was contacted at a gas station in Carthage Missouri where he initially stated there had only been a verbal altercation but changed his story and admitted to throwing objects and furniture in the room. Noah admitted to throwing the bassinet, but stated Victim #2 was not inside. Victim #2 was cleared by EMS but they advised to keep an eye for developing injuries.
The case was investigated by the Jasper County Sheriff's Office.

Noah Eli Demery, anger management, needs to cool off in jail and seek psychiatric treatment - what if she wouldn't have been there - would he have killed the child? Another good reason to make sure before getting involved with crazy individuals, having children with them, or allowing them around your kids - YOU THINK TWICE. Protect your Children -
Both parents have anger issues. Both could use treatment. There is always two sides to every story. It's always the women's side heard. Why don't we ever hear what the female did.

Domestic violence takes 2 people to argue yes I agree the men in this situation never get to state their side of story not knowing anything about them probably need mental help
