Fourth price fixing lawsuit filed against Moark, egg producers

Moark has been hit with a fourth class action lawsuit alleging price fixing.

Bemus Point Inn filed the action against Moark and other egg producers Oct. 3 in federal court in Pennsylvania. According to the petition:

"Defendants' conspiracy reduced the supply of eggs enough to force a massive increase in domestic egg prices."
