There is NOTHING wrong with the story in the Neosho Daily News either wich ran Thursday.
I haven't seen that one yet so please drop the capital letter nonsense.
Randy, tell Wes Franklin at the Neosho Daily that the health dept. would be overly delighted if they received 5-cents per $100, as he wrote.
