Don't expect new Majority Leader John Boehner, who rode into office on a reform wave, to do anything about the cozy lobbyist culture that exists in Washington. An article in today's Washington Post indicates he is not seeking major changes in the way business is done. Even worse, yesterday on "Meet the Press," he indicated that if Tom DeLay beats the charges against him in Texas, that he would talk with DeLay about returning to his former post.
