In what is probably the most remarkable streak any Missouri lobbyist has ever seen, Andrew Blunt has once again filed a no-expenditure report with the Missouri Ethics Commission.
According to the report, Blunt spent no money on wining, dining, and otherwise plying state legislators during the month of January, continuing a streak which has lasted through 2005 and 2006.
Obviously, there must he some other reason why Blunt's high-powered clients keep hiring him.
