Governor cancels visit to Joplin

Gov. Mike Parson's scheduled visit this afternoon to Joplin has been canceled, according to a media advisory issued earlier this afternoon.

Parson had been scheduled to meet with Joplin and Jasper County leaders in a closed session from 5 to 5:45 p.m. and then address the media.
