Jasper County adds 23 to COVID-19 total, number hospitalized drops by four

Twenty-seven COVID-19 cases were added to Jasper County's total bringing it to 1,047, according to information posted this evening on the Jasper County Health Department Facebook page.

Eight more people are under isolation increasing the total to 152, while the number of people hospitalized fell from 15 to 11.

Jasper County has had one coronavirus death.

The totals do not include the portion of Joplin that is located in Jasper County
