RESOLUTION NO. 2021-004

A RESOLUTION allowing the Joplin Police Department to apply for three (3) grants under MoDOT’s Highway Safety Program for Traffic Enforcement of DWI Saturation, HMV (Hazardous Moving Violations), and a DWI Full Time Unit to further efforts in reducing DWI crashes and crashes involving hazardous moving violations.

COUNCIL BILL NO. 2021-001

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City of Joplin, Missouri, to enter into an Agreement with Bykota REI LLC, a Colorado Limited Liability Company, for the purpose of redeveloping the property commonly known as 320 S. Moffett St. and referred to as the Olivia Apartments for the not to exceed price of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($250,000.00); authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute said Agreement by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.

COUNCIL BILL NO. 2021-106

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City of Joplin, Missouri (“City”), a municipal corporation, to enter into an agreement with Newton County, Missouri (“County”), a political subdivision of the State of Missouri, for the purpose of acquiring sanitary sewer easements associated with the Tin Cup Parallel Force Main project and the Crane Rd./Arbor Hills Lift Station Elimination project; authorizing the City Manager to execute said agreement by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause

AN ORDINANCE amending the Annual Budget of the City of Joplin for the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 as adopted by Ordinance 2019-166 on October 21, 2019, to adjust appropriations and containing an emergency clause.
