With the application period now closed, the Board has completed its initial review and is moving forward with the next phase—formal interviews with selected finalists.
After a comprehensive evaluation of all submitted applications, the Board has identified a group of highly qualified candidates whose professional experience and leadership styles align with the values and goals of the Diamond R-IV School District. These individuals represent a promising step forward in the district’s efforts to find a superintendent who will support students, empower staff, and strengthen the school community.
The Board will now begin conducting formal interviews to gain a deeper understanding of each candidate’s qualifications, leadership vision, and capacity to guide the district into the future. The Board remains committed to conducting a rigorous and thoughtful selection process focused on securing the best possible leadership for the district.
