Upset; Voters are casting ballots for Lindstedt's common-law wife

The Kansas City Star has already projected incumbent Sen. Jim Talent will win the GOP primary, though only 16 percent of the vote has been counted.
The upset from my point of view is the showing of Roxie Fausnaught of Granby, the common-law wife of perennial candidate (and accused child molester) Martin Lindstedt. The Star reports Ms. Fausnaught is fifth in a five-way race, but she has polled 908 votes, which shows how much research people do on the candidates before they go to the polls (or how much they don't like Jim Talent).
Ms. Fausnaught has 1.2 percent of the vote, while Talent has 88.2 percent, according to the Star.

I wonder if people aren't turning completely away from the Republicans (since they have done so poorly by us you can count me in on that) and flipping completely to the other side. People need to vote but should research their candidates first!
