Ed Martin campaign goes into overdrive

It remains to be seen whether Ed Martin's campaign to have incumbent Attorney General Chris Koster renamed "Obama's Lawyer" will be successful, but Martin's campaign for attorney general is kicking into high gear. The following news release was issued this morning.

"Stand Up. Fight Back" is the rallying call of a new billboard campaign unveiled by Republican candidate for Attorney General Ed Martin. On Thursday, Martin announced three different billboard designs already installed, or soon to be installed, around the state of Missouri.  One billboard features Ed Martin himself and his call to "Stand Up. Fight Back."  Another promotes two major endorsements, and the other markets the websitefireobamaslawyer.com,  The billboard unveiling comes one day after Martin announced the first TV ad of the 2012 Attorney General's race, another aspect of his statewide media push.

The first billboard features Ed's signature campaign slogan:
Stand Up. Fight Back.
Ed Martin Stand Up. Fight Back.

The second billboard design includes images of former Notre Dame football coach Lou Holtz and Eagle Forum founder Phyilis Schlafley along with the text "We Support Ed Martin. He'll 'Fight, Fight, Fight' for us!"
Holtz/Schlafly "We Support Ed Martin"

The final billboard design advertises the website obamaslawyer.com and shows Obama and Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster side by side.  For more information about Koster's abysmal record as Obama's Lawyer, click here.

On Wednesday, Martin released his first television ad of the 2012 Attorney General's campaign. The ad entitled "Minute" features Martin speaking to the camera and appropriately declaring that within the first minute of being in office he will have a new legal strategy to stop ObamaCare. Martin also says that "we can't waste a minute" to stop ObamaCare.
