Jarden Corporation, owners of the Sunbeam plant in Neosho, will hold its annual stockholders meeting Thursday, June 9, in New York, according to a filing today with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Among the items on tap:
-Electing three directors
-Approve and adopt Jarden Corporation Amendment to the Restricted 2003 Stock Incentive Plan.
-Appoint Ernst & Young LLP as the company's accounting firm
-Approve an amendment to increase the amount of authorized Common Stock shares from 50 million to 150 million.
Stockholders on record as of April 28 will be able to vote on issues at the meeting, according to the filing.
