The dangers of term limits

Those of you who remember my columns from my Carthage Press days will remember that I have always been a staunch opponent of term limits. With term limits, we wind up with no institutional memory, no strong leadership, and we put the power in the hands of the lobbyists.
Apparently, an expert in Colorado believes the same thing about term limits in that state, though for different reasons, according to an article in today's Denver Post.
