Hillary Clinton is claiming victory in Indiana, though she only holds a four percent lead with 15 percent of the vote still out, and much of that in the Gary area in which Obama is expected to fare well.
Mrs. Clinton mentioned Obama's own words, that he expected to win North Carolina, he expected Mrs. Clinton to win Pennsyvania and that Indiana would be the tiebreaker.
"It's full speed ahead to the White House," Mrs. Clinton said.
The victory announcement is being held later than expected while the Clinton team awaited word from the Gary area, which has been delayed and is still not expected for another hour or so.
