"These results affirm our strong belief that a campaign built on the support of everyday Missourians can compete and defeat the wealthy special interests," said Harris. "From day one, we have fought hard for every vote in every corner of the state. We will continue to fight all the way through August 5th.""
Harris' lead in the poll follows a strong online effort by his campaign, which has aggressively used the Internet to reach voters and to communicate its message through web videos, online advertising and email.
"Our campaign has used new technology and innovative methods to reach voters and to invite them to join our team," said Harris. "I plan to bring that same spirit of innovation to the Attorney General's office to protect potential victims from fraud, to educate Missourians about their rights, and to enable the office to better serve the people of our state.
