KSN officials explained the decision in a post Monday on the Living Well Facebook page:
To our Living Well viewers,
Out of an abundance of caution and a desire to protect our Living Well guests and our KSN staff in this era of the coronavirus, we are making every effort to incorporate good social distancing practices, including reducing the number of visitors in our building to as few as are absolutely necessary.
For that reason, we have made the decision to put our show on a temporary hiatus. Living Well with Shelby Neely will return as soon as we believe we can safely welcome guests back into the KSN studio.
During the time the show is off the air, we invite our viewers to join us for an additional half hour of KSN Local News from 4:30 to 5:00pm.
Thank you for your understanding, your loyal viewership and your continued support of KSN-TV.
The Living Well program was originally created in the aftermath of the May 22, 2011 and for many months featured interviews with people involved in the tornado recovery process.
