Ten more COVID-19 deaths reported in Missouri, 178 cases confirmed

Ten COVID-19 deaths were reported in a 24-hour period, according to statistics released today by the Department of Health and Senior Services. Missouri has had 482 deaths.

Eight of the 10 deaths were recorded in St. Louis County, which leads the state with 262 deaths, followed by 88 in St. Louis, 33 in St. Charles County, 16 in Kansas City, 14 in Jackson County, 13 in Franklin County and 10 in Jefferson County.

The state had 178 coronavirus cases confirmed during the reporting period bringing the total to 9,844.
