A Carthage man's trial on charges of molesting three underage girls is scheduled to begin Tuesday ion Jasper County Circuit Court.
Daniel F. Franklin, 61, is charged with three counts of statutory sodomy, three counts of statutory rape, two counts of child molestation and single counts of enticement of a child and unlawful use of a weapon.
The trial is scheduled to last four days.
Franklin's trial was originally scheduled for October, but a mistrial was declared when Franklin suffered a medical emergency.
