A Joplin man and a Neosho woman charged with conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine have pleaded guilty in U. S. District Court in Springfield.
Jason C. Russell, 33, Joplin, pleaded guilty today, while Brittany Adcock, 29, entered her guilty plea November 9.
The conspiracy took place between April 17, 2019 and February 24, 2021 in Newton County, according to the indictment.
