No bond reduction for Tilt Studios employee facing statutory rape, statutory sodomy, pornography charges

No change was made in the bond for a Joplin man charged with one count of statutory rape, two counts of statutory sodomy and one count of furnishing pornographic material to a minor.

Following a video hearing Wednesday in Jasper County Circuit Court, Judge Joseph Hensley left the bond for Robert L. Buggey, 37, at $100,000 cash and $100,000 surety.

According to the probable cause statement, the crimes allegedly took place with a girl who was under age 12, at a friend's home during June and July and involved Buggey showing the child pornography on his phone and then convincing her to do the same sexual acts that were in the video.

Buggey's next hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. December 1.

If i may enter a comment, y'all need to check the actual facts before you go believing lies. The truth is far from this drivel that is being pushed and published. The courts are wrong and believing packs of lies.
