(From the Carthage R-9 Board of Education)The Carthage R-9 Board of Education met in special session on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, 6:00pm, at Carthage South Technical Center. Present were Board members Niki Cloud, Bill Lasley, Karen Wilkinson, Nathan Terry, Jeff Jones, Patrick Scott, and Ryan Collier. Niki Cloud led the Pledge of Allegiance.
The Board approved a resolution placing a general obligation bond issue on the April 2023 ballot to construct a Performing Arts Center and baseball field on the high school campus.
