Box, described in a recent Atlanta Journal-Constitution article as a "QAnon activist and conspiracy theorist" is charged with "entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds," "disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds," " disorderly conduct in a Capitol Building," and "parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol Building," all misdemeanors.
According to the statement of facts filed in U. S. District Court for the District of Columbia, Box's participation in the insurrection was detailed in "open source photographs, posts and videos."
Box livestreamed his march to and into the Capitol Building on Facebook.
Box also received national media attention for his activities.
BOX also elected to be interviewed in the HBO documentary, where he acknowledged his presence in and around U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, and, with a smile, stated as follows in his interview:
“As I’m going up the scaffolding and getting to the steps, there was a kid who probably captured the emotions I was having . . . I was proud to see the American spirit that was on display."

"Insurrection", how absurd. But, but muh Democracy..... How Democratic is it for agencies of the Gov't to help subvert an election, for one candidate over another? Not once, but twice with success coming only once. Same dopes who speak of Ukrainian freedom, without mentioning the banning of political parties, language and Russian Orthodox church membership, since 2014.
The FBI spent weeks flying a data syphoning Cessna just above ADSB required coverage for weeks on end about a year ago in Springfield. Same pattern hour after hour from just before sunset to about 11p as long as the weather was good or traffic presented as issue. Kona 247 was the call sign as heard on LiveATC then…that’s a common name for fed planes.
They prob spent 1/4 mil just flying left hand turns sucking up all the info they could. And yes, they have all the tools.

I don’t care if you are red or blue. You did not have a right to destroy and terrorize OUR house. Presidents who encourage this need never to hold any office again. Thugs who entered unlawfully should be held accountable and as we see, they are. Trump loss big time. No fake anything. He loss.
