Tre Robert Ackerson, receives a 20-Year Sentence for Killing someone - Do you think that is Fair - to take someone's Life and spend 10-15-Years of Time in Jail for a Murder? Why are we so Soft on Criminals and give them Minimum Sentences - Do we really think that he is going to Get Religion or be Rehabbed in Prison -

11:21AM - Don't you tell anyone to RELAX... Jolene Walker Campbell, was only 35, an Osage nation citizen - when she was brutally murdered, a young woman with a long life ahead of her. She left behind a grieving family - when Ackerson and his Codefendants, Murdered and tried to Cover up this Hellacious Crime. What if this was your Daughter, Family Member, or Family Friend - - Should we just Forget about her Life -

So this Piece of Crap, Kills someone and gets to spend his life in jail - NO I WILL NOT RELAX - He should have been put to Death for what he did!!! We are too Soft on Criminals - I don't want to hear; well, he will probably die behind bars - he is 30-Years Old he should not be supported the next 40-50 Years by the Taxpayers - He should have been put to Death, Society does not need to have the likes of him or the rest of Codefendants walking on this Planet - If any Violent Criminal Deserves the Death Sentence - Ackerson is the Poster Boy -

Ackerson admitted that he intentionally shot the victim multiple times, cut her throat, and hit her head several times with a tire jack until she died from the injuries. He further admitted to conspiring with the other codefendants to obstruct, threaten, and tamper with witnesses that had information relating to the kidnapping and murder.

Let's Support the Death Penalty - For Violent Crimes and Criminals -

Remember Concurrent Sentences at the same time -

50 Year Sentence Federal - Federal inmates serve an average of 85% of their sentence, which means that they are required to serve a minimum of 85% of their sentence before becoming eligible for release.

20 Year Sentence State Missouri - If deemed a Dangerous Felony an Inmate must Server 85% of their Sentence.
