Joshua Miloszewski, 35, Joplin, who is charged with statutory rape and statutory sodomy involving his 16-year-old live-in babysitter, is being held in the Jasper County Jail on a bond of $100,000 cash or surety.
According to the probable cause statement, the 16-year-old girl stayed with Miloszewski's three children while he was at work.
The Joplin Police Department executed a search warrant on the girl's phone after receiving a report that the girl was sending nude photos to a man named Josh, the probable cause statement said.
Identifiable images were found on the phone showing Joshua Miloszewski sodomizing and raping Victim 1.
The video was created November 26, the statement said.
Miloszewski's arraignment is scheduled for 9 a.m. Friday in Jasper County Circuit Court.
