Thoughts on the Tucker Berry investigation

Earlier this afternoon, I posted a Facebook live video with commentary on the Carl Junction Police Department investigation into the death of Redings Mill and Lockwood firefighter Tucker Berry and Jasper County Prosecuting Attorney Theresa Kenney's decision not to press the involuntary manslaughter charges that the police recommended.

I intended to go into far more depth, but as I was getting into the video, I detected the telltale signs of my blood pressure threatening to spike and I cut the video short.

Let me know what you think.

This world is not what I hoped it would be.

I just watched and I think you did a good job explaining why people have so many questions about the lack of charges.

Jasper County Prosecuting Attorney Theresa Kenney's - Lack of Filing Charges and Not calling for a Grand Jury - Shows her Total Lack of Qualifications, Understanding, and Incompetency to Hold this Office. This is the same Woman who wants so Bad to be Judge but was Turned Down by the Voters of Jasper County - and I think she Holds a Deep Grudge.

Here is a Quote by Theresa Kenney as she was Running for Judge Division 1 Judge in Fall of 2024 - "As Circuit Judge, I will work diligently. I will listen carefully. I will apply the law impartially and consistently to reach timely decisions in a fair and just manner. I will continue to do my best to do justice, to love mercy, and to walk humbly."

Theresa Kenney - Another Failed Campaign Promise - "I will listen carefully".
You need to Listen and Apply the Letter of the Law to the Tucker Berry - Investigation and Re-Open this Investigation and Charges -

"I will listen carefully" is one thing.

However, did she say who she would listen carefully to?

It’s an unfortunate fact that these hero’s left him to die. It’s too similar to the incident when the Joplin cop shot and killed a two year old nearly three years ago and he walked free… dirty deeds coverup for each other.
